Requirements

  • Assist in daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations and efficient workflow.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments, including managing correspondence, preparing documents, and maintaining records.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper maintenance.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate and organized filing systems, both physical and electronic, for easy retrieval of information.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Support the implementation of company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve operational issues, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly and effectively.
Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities, coordinating repairs and maintenance as needed.
  • Coordinate employee transportation, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and maintaining vehicle condition.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, inspections, and compliance with government regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing workstations and providing necessary information.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
