Job Description

-Assist in providing administrative, clerical support to operations department such as scanning, filing, and etc. -Answer phone calls and provide general support to visitors if needed. -Assist in coordinating activities within the operations department, including scheduling appointments and meeting, applying working permit. -Assist in taking minute meeting. -Assist in arranging, follow up and update records of the operations department to ensure smooth operations in the restaurants at all times. -Assist in calling contractor, supplier, mall management whenever there is any issue in outlets. -Maintain contact lists and research new deals and suppliers. -Assist with applying the license and permit related for the operations. -Assist the operations department to work across departments in the Company to ensure timelines are adhered to and delays are avoided or minimized (e.g. recruitment, purchasing, marketing, etc). -Assist with invoices, billing related to operations performance. -Perform any other duties and responsibility that will be assigned from time to time that are related to your role as Operations Admin Assistant and Company\xe2\x80\x99s business.
