Overview:
We are hiring 4 Temporary Administrative Staff to support the logistics and customer service operations of Schenker Logistics (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. in Johor.
Successful candidates will assist in documentation, data entry, coordination, and communication tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
There is potential for contract renewal or conversion to permanent employment based on performance.
Positions & Responsibilities:
1. Admin - POD Collection / Scanning / Uploading (1 vacancy)
Contact vendors to request Proof of Delivery (POD) documents.
Scan and upload received PODs to the shared drive.
Update the Transport Management System (TMS) if required.
