The activity is articulated around four main businesses: Global Helium, Global Rare Gases, Offshore Energies and Maritime Cryogenic Supply. It is a very international environment, managing multiple locations worldwide.As part of AL Maritime, Cryogenic Tank Services (CTS) is a Malaysian entity which was acquired in 2015. CTS specializes in cryogenic tank and equipment rental for the offshore and maritime industries as well as in cryogenic transport of molecules, and provides a full range of repair and testing services.Air Liquide Maritime is a business unit within GM&T (Global Markets & Technologies). It is a very international environment, managing multiple locations worldwide and global customers.As part of AL Maritime, Cryogenic Tank Services (CTS) specialises in cryogenic tank and equipment rental for the offshore and maritime industries as well as in cryogenic transport of molecules, and provides a full range of repair and testing services.How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?As the entity Operations Admin Assistant, your main responsibilities will be to support operations activities, as well as ad-hoc procurement matters in accordance with the company\'s policy. Your missions will evolve over time, and are not limited to the following:Issuing quotations for our business, inspection reports, follow-up customer Purchase orders and billing for the maintenance activities.Creating jobs in the ERP system and providing update reports including job order, spare parts usage, work done etc.Managing the inventory level with performing monthly stock check, control of inventory level and new item code creation in the system.Supporting administrative processes of the Maritime Industrial Procurement Manager.Communicating about changes in organisations, processes and tools.Managing the reporting of suppliers\' non-conformities and their qualification.Contributing to the deployment of the Industrial Management System on Control of Goods and Services (IMS GP10) in collaboration with the Procurement Business PartnerProposing continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to their implementationAre you a MATCH?Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/ Bachelor\'s Degree in any disciplineYou have at least one year of experience in procurement duties working with ERPs or background in Supply Chain / ProcurementComputer literacy and familiarity with various computer programs (e.g Google Workspace, excel/ google sheet)Good command of English and Malay in reading, writing and speakingAble to work and communicate effectively with internal and external partiesStrong planning & organising skills and result-drivenGood communication skills, analyticalStrong collaboration with onsite and remote colleaguesWilling to evolve and participate to transformation projectsFresh graduate student are encouraged to applyReporting lines:Functional Manager: CTS Operations Manager, Ng Yik ThianDirect Manager: Global Maritime Industrial Procurement Manager, Ines OrbananosAbout Air LiquideA world leader in gases, technologies and services for Industry and Health, Air Liquide is present in 78 countries with approximately 64,500 employees and serves more than 3.8 million customers and patients.
