Job Description




Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitors application and renewal of Workers Visa/Permit, MPOB license, Trading license, Road tax, vehicle license/permit, and other contracts or statutory document
  • Ensure records are properly maintained on company vehicles, machineries and equipment
  • Coordinate in logistic requirements, project schedules, resources, equipment and vehicles repair and Puspakom check
  • To seek for quotation from suppliers when needed
  • Establish and maintain good corporate and public relation with the authority, Government agency and GLCs
  • Other job assign from time to time
Job Requirements
  • Possess good communication skills and the ability to work with spreadsheets and other computer software
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision and under pressure
  • Willing to travel to site
  • Proficiency in three main languages is a plus
Benefits & Remunerations
  • Salary Range: RM1,500 - RM2,000

Working Days & Hours:
  • Working Hours: From 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Saturday 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
  • Work Days: Monday to Friday only
