Monitors application and renewal of Workers Visa/Permit, MPOB license, Trading license, Road tax, vehicle license/permit, and other contracts or statutory document
Ensure records are properly maintained on company vehicles, machineries and equipment
Coordinate in logistic requirements, project schedules, resources, equipment and vehicles repair and Puspakom check
To seek for quotation from suppliers when needed
Establish and maintain good corporate and public relation with the authority, Government agency and GLCs
Other job assign from time to time
Job Requirements
Possess good communication skills and the ability to work with spreadsheets and other computer software
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Able to work independently with minimum supervision and under pressure
Willing to travel to site
Proficiency in three main languages is a plus
