Manage and ensure seamless, efficient daily operations to effectively support business objectives.
Oversee and resolve order fulfillment issues to ensure accurate and timely shipment arrangements.
Process PO, confirm services or goods received, and verify invoices and payments for logistics providers.
Track, analyze, and manage inventory shelf life to ensure optimal stock utilization.
Coordinates with third party providers.
Maintain and update the customer and price master records in alignment with contracts and SOP.
Prepare and generate reports.
Provide comprehensive support to Sales and Marketing while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Provide general administrative support.
Job Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Business Management, Logistic or equivalent
1-2 years of experience as an operations administrator or in a similar position
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
