Assist to handle local shipment and dealing with lorry drivers.
Handle PO issuance.
Assist in updating purchasing records / data and pricing in the system.
Assist prepare customer orders reports and summarize data including sales report and book value.
Support relevant departments with quotations for the purpose of tenders.
Monitor and coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to site / store on time.
Handle and manage inventory levels of materials or products.
Review and resolve supplier D/O and invoice discrepancies.
Job Types: Contract, Temporary
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
