Job Description


: VENDOR MANAGEMENT \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage all product developments and coordinate with suppliers and vendors on the necessary stock-takes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Research relevant concepts and ideas for social media content and campaigns. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work together with the Social Media team in the creation and execution of all promotional activities and campaigns for IG, FB and Google My Business. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage all ancillary matters relating to products including product packaging, product labelling, new product acquisition, product bundling etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Keep abreast with development of health and wellness business including marketing efforts like identifying suitable social media influencers and collaborators. \xe2\x80\xa2 Customer relationship management including all enquiries in various platforms. \xe2\x80\xa2 Tactfully handle complaints and incidents. ORDER PROCESSING + LOGISTICS & SUPPLY CHAIN \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate all order processing matters with customers, suppliers and vendors including arrangement with relevant transporters involved in the delivery of all products to customers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Attend to all walk-in customers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure all orders from all platforms are correctly packed and shipped out on time. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure all products in www.ketomall.asia, Shopee and Lazada are correctly uploaded (together with the correct photos), priced, with proper descriptions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Customer relationship management including attending to all enquiries from potential customers. REPORTS AND RECONCILIATIONS \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage all relevant documentations and filing including preparation of quotations, invoices, payment vouchers and receipts. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure all stock-counts (inventory management) are in order and updated. \xe2\x80\xa2 Submit required reports and reconciliation by the 3rd of every month. Criteria: \xe2\x80\xa2 Diploma in Business Management or equivalent \xe2\x80\xa2 Fast learner, can work with minimal supervision \xe2\x80\xa2 Must have Own transport \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. \xe2\x80\xa2 Self-starter, extroverted, independent and able to work with minimum supervision.
