As a Operation Assistant, you will:

• To coordinate with external party on incoming to ensure proper documentation in place.
• To perform visual inspection of the truck upon park at the loading bay to check any damage occurrence, smell or leaking.
• To support operation supervisor in all inbound operation activities involving incoming fields in WMS system are updated, documentation control and proper records.
• Prepare ASN, Pallet ID & Tally sheet for all incoming stock & pass it to operation team.
• Update all the incoming stocks into WMS and SAP.
• Highlight to superior if the principle system is not updated accordingly on daily basis.

Qualifications

About you:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Minimum SPM.
• Experience in Supply Chain / Logistics is preferable.
• Preferably basic skills in Microsoft (i.e.) Word, Excel.
• Preferably experience in operating Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
• Preferably knowledge of WMS and SAP processes
