We are currently seeking an Operations Associate to provide assistance with our collection operations.

In this role you will

• Manage the Collection Portfolio such as managing early settlement of accounts.
• Manage the GIRO collection process
• Recording payment information: Collection Specialists are responsible for recording payment information, updating account details, and maintaining accurate records of all interactions with customers.
• Any other ad hoc duties

Qualifications

• Intermediate Excel knowledge
• Be a self starter and able to work independently.
• Strong follow-up skills and excellent communication abilities are essential for this role.
• While prior experience in debt collection or collection functions would be beneficial, no previous experience is required as training will be provided
