• Be accountable for smooth execution of sprint goals for Operations team
• Optimizing pages/offers quality for users and proactively seek to understand pages/offers qualities and able to translate insights to improve Ops planning/processes
• Quality Checking pages required for weekly content to ensure that users have the best user experience
• Create new pages if needed to ensure we are up-to-date with market trends within SEA region
• Support the Ops team with the day to day activity - ensuring tasks are completed on time
• Actively seek feedback to improve processes of planning, execution, and result delivery
• Actively conduct research on the market trends within the South East Asia region

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor\'s degree in any field or equivalent working experience
• A dual-minded approach: highly creative but can also be analytical on data with strong problem-solving abilities
• Diligent, responsible, hard-working, good communication abilities and able to deliver results under aggressive deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (bonus if you know additional regional languages!)
• Strong self-management skills, with a focus on timeliness & attention to detail
• An excellent team player with prior experience
• Able to work independently with a high degree of initiatives
• Knowledge and understanding of SEO is a plus!
