About the Role
You would join one of the ZALORA operations teams working on one of the most challenging and exciting problems in the business. You would have an opportunity to work across multiple departments - Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketplace Operations, Customer Experience and Service, eProduction, Fulfillment Center, and multiple countries - Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines and more. You would be right where the action happens, in the middle of daily decision-making and you would see the direct impact of your actions on the performance of the business. You would be leading and have full responsibilities of projects, new initiatives end-to-end. To enable you to perform at your best, you would be assigned a senior leader who will coach and mentor you. This would prepare you well for the future managerial positions in ZALORA.

Responsibilities:

• Being the lead and full owner of projects/ initiatives in the assigned department
• Manage change, coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders
• Identify business opportunities and take charge
• Prepare and own business cases to new initiatives
• Decomplexify complicated problems and offer solutions
• Problem solving, root cause analysis
• Gather and analyse data to create actionable recommendations
• Prepare and own business cases to support new projects

Requirements:

• Graduated from a top university across the world, in operations, business, engineering or equivalent fields with top grades and ranked in the top 10% of students in the class. A Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree is a plus
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in ecommerce, operations or projects
• Strong analytical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit and hunger for success
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Experience in managing a team
• Experience in leading solutions to complex problems
