About the Role



Teaffani Catering is looking for an

Operations Compliance Specialist

to support the Managing Director in building, improving, and enforcing operational standards across all business units.
You will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, strengthening SOP compliance, and elevating the quality and consistency of our F&B service delivery.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and passionate about operational improvement within the F&B industry.

Key Responsibilities



1. SOP Development & Implementation



Assist the MD in creating, updating, and improving SOPs across kitchen, service, and banquet operations. Ensure all departments understand and adhere to updated SOPs. Propose enhancements based on observations, trends, and operational needs.

2. Operational Monitoring



Conduct regular visits to project sites, events, and restaurant outlets to monitor SOP compliance and workflow efficiency. Identify operational gaps and provide actionable recommendations. Ensure consistency of service standards across all Teaffani locations.

3. Quality & Performance Improvement



Track operational performance and highlight issues early. Work closely with on-ground teams to resolve problems quickly and effectively. Support training for staff on new processes or SOP revisions.

4. Project & Task Execution



Assist in rolling out new initiatives, operational improvements, and company-wide processes. Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth implementation of new SOPs or systems. Provide operational support during major events, openings, or high-volume periods.

Requirements



Minimum 2 years experience in F&B, catering, hospitality, or operations-related roles. Strong understanding of kitchen or banquet operations is an added advantage. Good analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong communication and leadership ability. Possesses own transport and willing to travel between sites. Proactive, structured, and highly reliable. IT Literacy is compulsory.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
