Attend to and resolve various hostel maintenance issues (e.g. leakages, door/lock replacements, basic electrical problems)
Coordinate repair and servicing works for hostels occupied by foreign workers
Liaise with vendors and contractors for necessary repairs
Maintain a record of maintenance work done and outstanding issues
Ensure safety and habitability standards are met at all hostels
Respond to urgent repair requests and follow up until resolution
Job Requirements:
Must have own car
At least 1 year of experience in maintenance
Basic knowledge of general maintenance (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.)
Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently
Able to travel between hostel locations (own transport is an advantage)
Able to communicate in basic English and Bahasa Malaysia
Willing to be on-call for emergency maintenance issues
Willing to relocate is a plus!
