WHO WE ARE
Cove Circuit is not your typical retail job.
We're one of South East Asia's top Sim Racing & Gaming hubs, powered by high-end racing simulators, gaming PCs, and consoles. From walk-in racers to tournaments and esports events, the venue is always alive.
We're looking for Full-Time Gaming Crewwho want astable job, great team vibes, and a clear path to Supervisor.
IMPORTANT

This is an operations-heavy retail role.
You will be on your feet for long hours, handling customers during peak periods, including weekends, public holidays, and late nights (up to 2AM). Able to commit at least 12 months.
If you are looking for a slow-paced or desk-based job, this role is not suitable.
WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT
We hire Full-Time Gaming Crew as future internal leaders.
This role is designed as a Mini-Supervisor track, where you will be trained to support day-to-day operations and gradually take on leadership responsibilities. Promotions are done internally based on performance.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
(Core Operations)
- Manage front counter & cashier system
- Handle walk-ins, calls, and online bookings
- Set up customers at sim racing, PC & console stations
- Brief customers and manage basic game / race flow
- Promote memberships, events & campaigns
- Maintain venue cleanliness, standards & presentation
- Handle basic technical troubleshooting (training provided)
MINI-SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES
(You'll Be Trained On)
- Assist with Part-Time staff scheduling & coverage planning
- Support training & onboarding of new crew
- Assist Supervisor with attendance tracking & payroll inputs
- Monitor shop maintenance & equipment issues, escalate when needed
- Help manage the floor during peak hours
WORKING HOURS (Monthly Rotation)
Day Shift
11:00 AM - 9:00 PM
Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Sun
Off: Fri & Sat
Evening Shift
4:00 PM - 2:00 AM
Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat
Off: Sun & Mon
PAY & GROWTH
Operations Crew / Supervisor: RM2,100 - RM2,700 / month
