Duties and Responsibilities:
To analyze, the Customer Changes for site impact for every Matrix ECs release
To decide the disposition tools for ECs released based on Customer Disposition change
To monitor the MM submission for Halb and Fert items successfully updated in the system
To Maintain the Input Placement for all Planning Assembly releases base on on-site Manufacturing Engineer decision
To chair weekly ECO Meetings by Customers
To bridge the matrix EC\'s base on the depletion date as per EC meeting decision
To verify the completeness and accuracy of the EC\'s bridging to SAP
To check I-Doc error after EC\'s bridging if any
To maintain BOM routing and Component Allocation in SAP
To re-refresh, the routing for every MIP is going to release
To troubleshoot and solve any system issue and liaise with IT Support on any problem regarding BOM issues
To study new project enhancements such as EC EtQ, Auto Sort string, and Auto
Comply with any additional assignment and when assigned by superior
Process all internal and external ECN requests. Coordinate activities with Work cell staff. Receive and interpret changes requested
Update SAP for BOM, AVL, new part numbers, and drawings
Maintain 100% BOM accuracy
Manage dates for BOM in SAP effectively in conjunction with planning
Coordinate weekly CCB meetings with the PDX site and daily CCB meetings with the internal team.
Education & Experience Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering fields is required or with equivalent years of experience.
Junior Engineers are welcome to apply.
Experience and/or understanding of BOM multi-level structure
Basics of Supply Chain. MRP and MPS
Must have excellent analytical skills with a good work ethic and a verifiable track record
Advanced PC skills, proficient in Excel and SAP
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
