Identify key operational gaps and improvement opportunities within First Mile Operations.
Collaborate with the operations team to design and project manage initiatives across all First Mile Hubs in Malaysia.
Analyze data and results to identify areas for improvement.
Develop dashboards and tools as required to monitor and track operational performance.
Prepare proposals and reports for presentation to senior management.

Requirements :

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain.
Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with data to derive insights.
Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail-oriented and adaptable to changes in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable using Google Sheets and Google Slides, with the ability to assist in managing and analyzing data, creating templates, and preparing presentations.
Preferably familiar with the first mile process.
Advantage if willing to travel to hubs within Malaysia for on-site analysis and support.
