Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Explores, identifies, strategizes, plans, executes and reviews potential improvement projects for all departments in the Company against the practiced standards in the same industry. Provides assistance and solutions to areas facing issues and difficulties, with the objective of recovering and solving problems in the shortest possible time. Creates an expectation for each improvement projects to ensure the identified projects are aligned with the Company's growth direction. Initiates improvements on the present Quality Management Systems (QMS) if the documented processes are inadequate to satisfy the growth of the Company and Customers' requirements. Provides training and knowledge support, and guidance to the relevant staff in the Company in order to execute improvement projects successfully. Upgrades the present Manufacturing systems and its supporting systems towards next level of Company growth. Improvement include but not limited to digitization of manufacturing processes, automation and etc.
Requirements:

Degree in Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, Mechatronics, Robotics, Manufacturing, Industrial or equivalent. At least 5 years of working experience in related field. Must have experience in CNC machining processes, and knowledge in anodizing and special process. Good project management and collaboration skills. Capable of leading and managing group of diverse teams within the organization. Self-initiated and self-motivated. Ability to work independently in identifying, planning, executing, and reviewing projects and delivering the intended results that are aligned with the Company's growth direction. Aggressive in striving to achieve set goals or given targets within the stipulated timeline.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
