As Operations Excellence Manager, you will lead and manage all aspects of the Sales Administration/ Operations team including order management team; site-to-site material purchasing process and master data maintenance to ensure uninterrupted business operations. You will also manage team activities including resources allocation based on workload and priorities, professional development, reporting and delivery of group objectives as well as lead a key area of sales support within a significant county (Sales training, Analytics, Sales Operations) and develop an effective through training and coaching or management of key commercial programme.

Your Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Manage overall Sales Force Effectiveness or lead a key process/service within the team.
  • Implement standardized Sales Force Effectiveness systems, tools, analytics, performance dashboards and quantitative & qualitative KPIs for Field Force (FF) and Medical Scientific Liaison (MSL) teams in close collaboration with the local and regional teams.
  • Manage FF productivity and improve quality & transparency of resources via Segmentation & Targeting, territory design/alignment, FF capacity planning, product allocation, call plan design & monitoring, performance measurement & monitoring and FF ROI analysis.
  • Maintain and govern the CRM system including data upload, extraction and monitoring of day-to-day operations including providing insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness as when required.
  • Develop, benchmark/upgrade and monitor FF incentive systems.
  • Collaborate with internal cross functional teams such as Digital, Marketing and Medical to further improve overall operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with vendors/ internal taskforces for any improvements required for Sales Force Effectiveness systems such as CRM and internal sales systems.
Minimum requirements

What you\'ll bring to the role:
  • Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical or other related discipline.
  • 3-4 years relevant experience
  • Data Management & Systems
  • Marketing in Healthcare / Pharma business; Sales in Healthcare / Pharma / related business
  • Operations Management and Execution; Process management
  • Able to understand changing dynamics of Pharmaceutical industry
  • Proficient and fluent in English (spoken and written), with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Digital & Technology Savvy
