Work Location:

Raja Lumu, Port Klang

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & Inventory Management

Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods (hoses, fittings, accessories etc) Perform quality checks and accuracy for outbound shipments and orders Maintain accurate stock levels and perform regular cycle counts Coordinate packing, labeling, and dispatch of customer orders Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with SOPs Zoning strategies based on product categories, turnover rates, and handling requirements Recommendations for racking systems, vertical storage, and aisle configurations FIFO/LIFO alignment and bin labeling for faster picking and restocking Suggestions for digital inventory mapping or barcode integration Safety, accessibility, and scalability considerations for future growth

Operations Support

Liaise with salespeople, suppliers, and logistics partners for inbound/outbound shipments Prepare delivery orders, invoices, and stock movement reports Assist in procurement planning and restocking based on sales forecasts Support technical sales team with product availability and order status

Administrative Duties

Update inventory listing and generate reports for management Assist with basic customer service inquiries related to logistics

Requirements

Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of experience in warehouse or operations role is encouraged to apply Proficient in Microsoft Excel (additional inventory software is a plus) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Able to work independently and communicate effectively with the internal team
