Job Summary

The Operation Executive will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, with a strong focus on finance operations, internal controls, compliance, and process improvement. The candidate will bring discipline, analytical rigor, and a high standard of professionalism to streamline workflows, enhance reporting accuracy, and support management in decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and audit requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, Compliance, and Operations) to improve workflows and enforce best practices. Analyse financial and operational data, highlight risks, and recommend process improvements. Prepare management reports, variance analysis, and operational KPIs to support decision-making. Participate in process reviews and risk assessments to strengthen operational efficiency and governance.

Key Requirements

2-4 years of experience in audit assurance, taxation, or risk advisory at accounting firm or equivalent corporate finance/operations role. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly adaptable to changing business needs. Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
