Ensure all tasks are carried out in accordance with the Company's standard operating procedures (SOPs), policies, and code of conduct.
Manage trainer scheduling and allocation for all training sessions in advance.
Coordinate trainer logistics, including travel arrangements (e.g. flight, hotel, transportation) when traveling required.
Ensure trainer profiles, certifications, and availability are always up to date.
Handle classroom allocations for physical, virtual, and rental classes.
To confirm class status in system once achieve satisfactory margin.
Issue Purchase Orders (POs) for trainers and vendors in a timely and accurate manner.
Liaise with trainers to ensure smooth onboarding, class readiness, and post-class follow-ups.
Learn and understand all key Operations SOPs to be able to step in or support other areas when needed (e.g. student enrolment, materials, lab).
Support and carry out any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager.
