Financial Reconciliation: Validate and reconcile commission with merchants and affiliate networks and raise invoice . Ensure compliance with internal processes.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for streamlining validation processes and enhancing operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices.
Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with financial controls.
Data Management: Maintain accurate validation records and databases. Utilize scripts and tools for reporting and analysis.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (Finance, Product, Customer Service, etc) to support financial decision-making and provide financial insights as needed.

Essentials to succeed

1 to 3 years of experience in finance or analytical roles. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an aptitude to communicating clear solutions to complex problems.
Proficiency in excel and SQL is a must. Knowledge of Python would be an advantage.
Effective and proactive communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong ownership and entrepreneurial spirit
