Job Description

The Operations Executive will play a critical role in overseeing and managing all aspects of our warehouse operations, specifically focusing on online order fulfilment and timely logistics partner coordination. This includes inventory management, order fulfilment, logistics coordination, team leadership, and process optimization. The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader with a proven track record of driving efficiency and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Online Order Fulfilment:

Oversee the timely and accurate fulfilment of online orders to meet customer expectations. Implement and optimize processes to ensure seamless processing of online orders.

Logistics Partner Coordination:

Collaborate with logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient pickup of orders for delivery. Monitor and track logistics performance metrics to identify and address any delays or inefficiencies.

Inter-Branch Stock Distribution:

Coordinate the picking and distribution of stock to all branches to maintain adequate inventory levels. Develop and execute strategies to optimize stock allocation and minimize transit times.

Stock Accuracy:

Implement and maintain robust inventory management systems to track and manage stock levels accurately. Conduct regular cycle counts and reconciliation to ensure inventory accuracy.

Warehouse Operations Management:

Direct and oversee all activities related to receiving, storing, and shipping of products. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficient and safe warehouse operations. Monitor and manage inventory levels to optimize space utilization and minimize carrying costs.

Team Leadership and Development:

Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff, including supervisors, pickers, packers, and forklift operators. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback.

Health, Safety, and Compliance:

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations. Promote a culture of safety awareness and compliance among the warehouse team.

Process Optimization:

Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management or business administration or equivalent experience. Proven work experience as a Operation Executive Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams. Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
