We're a small but growing F&B company, and we're looking for an

Operations Executive

to help carry out day-to-day tasks and projects from the Director and Operations team. This role is all about execution, making sure instructions are followed through and things run smoothly on the ground.

What you'll do:

Execute and follow through on tasks assigned by the Director and Operations team Coordinate with different departments (kitchen, suppliers, outlets, delivery team, etc.) to ensure tasks are completed on time Monitor daily operations and assist with problem-solving when needed Handle order preparation, logistics, and fulfilment where required Ensure smooth execution of projects, events, and day-to-day operational activities Support the team in maintaining quality, consistency, and efficiency

Who we're looking for:

Responsible, dependable, and action-oriented, someone who takes ownership and follows through Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-moving environment Good communication and teamwork skills Willing to be hands-on and help wherever needed Experience in F&B or operations is an advantage, but not necessary, training will be provided

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
