Job Responsibilities

Answering customer queries on lab's test services, resolving any complaints, or troubleshooting logistic issues Coordination with logistics & dispatch team in sample pick-ups Preparation reports & test kits - to be sent to clinics, hospitals Manage & monitor operational stock inventory, to order from production when necessary Receive, log, sort, and assign accession numbers for samples, both inhouse & external Carry out any other ad hoc duties that may be required from time to time to assist in the smooth running of the organization.

Requirements:

Candidates must possess at least a diploma/degree in Biotechnology, Medical Lab Technology, Biomedical Science or any equivalent science courses Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply Knowledge in specimen/samples accession & sortation would be highly advantageous Able to work on a rotational shift basis as this is a Lab Operations support role To be meticulous, detail-oriented and attentive to details Team-player with good interpersonal skills Able to commute to work in Wisma LYL, Petaling Jaya (walking distance to Asia Jaya LRT Station)

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
