About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Outlet Operations Executive to support our Operations Manager in overseeing retail outlet operations. This HQ-based role includes frequent outlet coordination, inspections, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

Support daily outlet operations and ensure compliance with SOPs. Conduct outlet inspections, follow up on action plans, and coordinate maintenance. Assist with outlet openings, renovations, relocations, and closures. Monitor inventory, stock movement, and provide operational insights. Support manpower planning and outlet security measures. Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations to management. Handle urgent matters and ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Diploma in Business, Operations, Retail Management, or related field. 1-2 years in retail/operational roles (fresh graduates with initiative welcome). Excellent communication in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin. Own transport & willing to travel to outlets. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
