Job Description
The Role:
As the Operations Executive at The Makeover Guys, you will be servicing both the homeowners and the tenants. You will be working on the top 1% handpicked homes in Malaysia. Your work will directly impact our business operations and customer experience.
What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Do:
- Build a healthy and sustainable relationship with our tenants, homeowners, building management, and agents
- Resolve concerns, complaints, and defects
- Coordinate eviction, move out, key management, tenancy renewal, and insurance claim
- Monitor defects and issues in each unit
- Prepare agreements and monthly statement for each unit
- Liaise with the condominium management for maintenance services

- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
- Experience in property management, operations, events management, or hospitality is a plus!
- Passion in people servicing
- Fluency in English
