Job Description
The Role:
As the Operations Executive at Cozyhomes (part of The Makeover Guys), you will be servicing both the homeowners and the tenants. You will be working on the top 1% handpicked homes in Malaysia. Your work will directly impact our business operations and customer experience.
What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Do:
- Build a healthy and sustainable relationship with our stakeholders (eg. tenants, homeowners, building management, and agents)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for after-sales care and engage with potential clients
- Understand clients\' needs and expectations to provide recommendations and solutions based on our services (pre-rental/post-rental)
- Liaise with internal and external team to schedule and coordinate refurbishment and maintenance services
- Oversee and monitor the project flow to ensure the project is completed on time
; Requirements: -
- Experience in property management, operations, events management, or hospitality is a plus!
- Passion in people servicing
- Fluency in English is a must; Mandarin is a plus!
- Great project management and problem-solving skills
