Job Description
Responsibilities for this role include: Manage the customer relationship to ensure customer service standards are achieved and continuously improved. Ensure operational deliverables are understood and communicated to the rest of the employees Manage and lead the operational teams. Assess and develop (where appropriate) team members in skill development and career management. Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to including warehouse / product security. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in Warehouse Environment E-Commerce experience and exposure is an added advantage Able to manage end to end Warehouse Operations Must work in Shah Alam
