Candidate with at least a Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Candidate with at least 2 years of related experience in a Managerial position with demonstrated competence in leading teams and organizing and executing strategic plans.
Can speak in English & Mandarin.
Prior Leadership, team player, coaching and workflow experience.
Experience leading and building out a high-functioning team. Must be able to motivate the team in order to maximise their potential. Ability to lead and work with many different personality types.
Excellent analytic, problem solving, business judgment and organisation skills
Accuracy, efficiency and attention to detail are a must. Candidate who is proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint (V-Lookup, Pivot Table), Google Sheet.
Responsibilities
Coaching and motivating teammates to meet and exceed expectations building the operation team to be more effectively.
Prioritize assignments and delegate tasks to the team.
To help improve internal processes and streamline business functionality. This involves researching current similar industry trends and using that insight to form relevant, actionable solutions.
Effectively communicates with peers, interdepartmental staff, management and etc to provide for a more efficient operation.
Collected and reported departmental data, reviews reports prepared by team members for clarity, completeness, accuracy and conformance with company policies.
Performs all other related duties as assigned by the superior / management from time to time.
