Coordinate daily operational tasks to support business activities.
Assist in planning logistics schedules and resource allocation.
Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external partners.
2. Vehicle & Driver Management
Oversee fleet usage, driver schedules, and assignments.
Monitor mileage, fuel usage, and compliance.
Ensure all vehicles are licensed, insured, and documented.
3. Maintenance & Repairs
Coordinate routine servicing and urgent repair requests for all company vehicles/equipment.
Liaise with workshops, vendors, and service providers.
Track maintenance records and ensure timely follow-ups.
4. Order & Delivery Management
Handle order scheduling, delivery arrangements, and tracking.
Ensure accurate documentation for goods received and dispatched.
Resolve delivery-related issues promptly.
5. Workplace Upkeep
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the office/warehouse.
Ensure equipment and facilities are in good working condition.
Coordinate with contractors for repairs or upgrades.
6. General Administrative Support
Prepare reports, logs, and documentation.
Assist in purchasing supplies and inventory control.
Support miscellaneous operational needs when required.
