Requirements

• Proven experience of at least 3 - 5 years in operations management within the Food or hospitality sector, demonstrating a strong understanding of industry best practices.
• Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively manage and motivate teams to achieve operational goals and maintain high levels of performance.
• Proficiency in process optimization methodologies, with a track record of identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions to improve operational effectiveness and reduce costs.
• Strong budgeting and financial planning skills, including experience in developing and managing budgets, analyzing financial data, and implementing cost-control measures.
• Excellent customer service management skills, with a focus on ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and resolving customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
• Comprehensive knowledge of food hygiene standards and regulations, with the ability to implement and maintain food safety protocols [FSSC] to ensure compliance and prevent foodborne illnesses.
• Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin, enabling effective communication with a diverse range of stakeholders, including employees, customers, and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery in all outlets and to customers.
• Develop and implement operational strategies and procedures to optimize workflow, enhance service quality, and improve overall efficiency within the department.
• Manage and mentor a team of supervisors and staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and control operational costs, including food and beverage inventory, labor expenses, and other overheads, to achieve budgetary targets and maximize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards, implementing and maintaining rigorous protocols to guarantee the health and well-being of guests and staff.
• Implement and maintain customer service management protocols to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve complaints efficiently and effectively.
• Develop and manage the annual budget for the Food & Beverage operations, including forecasting revenue, controlling expenses, and identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
