Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform unexpected machines break down with good manage of predictive maintenances; to minimize the down time, fully utilize the machineries with low idling time;
- Quality control; to ensure the product quality compliance with customer requirements;
- Purpose planning & Organizing for the production to improve the efficiency & customer services;
- Improve the products quality control with lower down the costs for better margin;
- Manage with better cost saving as control the wastage;
- Look for new materials as replacement materials, schedule waste and alternative materials to provide better quality and cost saving;
- To develop the high performance & advanced concrete for prepare the high specification requirements;
- To manage safely working environment for improve the health condition for the works place;
- To improve the Worker Health & Safety attitude & mindset;
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
- Bachelor of Engineering (Civil);
- Registered with Board of Engineer Malaysia (BEM);
- Registered with Institute of Engineer Malaysia (EIM);
- Experience in Readymix Concrete with Minimum at least 8+ years;
- At least 5 years in Management Position;
- Computer Skill - MS Office;
- Able to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia;
- Good writing and analytical skill;
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills;
- Able to work under minimum supervision.
