Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily F&B operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
Manage outlet managers, supervisors and staff performance
Maintain food quality, hygiene and safety standards
Control costs, budgets, inventory and supplier relationships
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve revenue
Handle staffing, scheduling, training and performance evaluations
Resolve operational issues and customer complaints professionally
Support additional tasks and responsibilities as required
Ensuring outlets follow the daily SOP with full compliance
Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
Requirements
3-5+ years of experience in F&B operations or restaurant management
Strong leadership and people-management skills
Solid understanding of cost control, inventory and budgeting
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing multiple outlets
Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field
