Operations Manager – Financial Services

Job Description

Review and manage all loan documentation to ensure compliance and minimize risks. Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams to support smooth operations. Attend to walk-in customers and respond to loan-related inquiries. Follow up with customers on loan matters and repayment schedules. Liaise with external institutions and partners as required. Ensure secure fund disbursement and timely repayment collection.

Job Requirements:



Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field. 4-5 years of relevant experience in loan processing or financial operations. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to communicate in Mandarin is a plus. Able to work at

Mount Austin, Johor Bahru.


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
