• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficient and cost-effective production.

• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures.

• Monitor production schedules and adjust resources as necessary to meet deadlines while

ensuring optimal utilization of machinery, equipment, and labour.

• Analyse production output and data to identify bottlenecks, resolve production issues, and

implement improvements.

• Prepare and submit production reports to key decision-makers.

2) Quality Assurance:

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.

• Implement quality control measures to minimize defects and waste.

• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality protocols.

3) Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production supervisors and staff.

• Foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages employee engagement

and teamwork.

• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

4) Cost Management:

• Monitor and analyse production costs to identify areas for improvement.

• Develop and manage budgets for manufacturing operations.

• Implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining quality and safety standards.

5) Safety Management:

• Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety regulations and protocols.

• Conduct safety training and promote a culture of safety awareness among employees.

• Investigate accidents and incidents to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.

REQUIREMENTSQualifications and experience:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience in manufacturing operations, with a minimum of 10 years in a

managerial / management role.

• Strong leadership and people management skills.
