Assistant Operations Manager/ Operations Manager (MMOF)
:
1) Oversee daily operations such as receiving and despatch activity, weighbridge operation and tank farm.
2) Oversee raw material and product inventory closely and prepare the planning chart by coordinating with marketing and production team.
3) Ensure the stock variance is closely monitored and take prompt action when required.
4) Ensure timely delivery of products to domestic and international customers.
5) Liaise with the Lab department to resolve any quality issues and customer complaints.
6) Liaise with shipping agents, port authorities and logistics providers.
7) Oversee the preparation and verification of shipping and export documentation.
8) Ensure compliance with local customs, trade regulations, and customer requirements.
9) Monitor and control the logistics cost.
10) Ensuring compliance with certifications such as HACCP, GMP, HALAL, RSPO, MSPO and ISCC.
11) Oversee workforce planning and training to ensure the team is adequately equipped to meet business demands.
12) Fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
Job Requirements:
a) Candidate must possess at least Degree in any relevant field.
b) At least 10 years of experience in related industry, preferably in the palm oil refinery.
c) Knowledge of PORAM contracts, MPOB licensing regulations and Incoterms are added advantage.
d) Possess experience in SAP software will be an added advantage.
e) Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
