Job Description

Position Summary:

• The incumbent will lead and manage a team of departmental managers to ensure they are aligned with the organization\xe2\x80\x99s goals and objective.
• He/she required to develop and implement production plans to optimise efficiency and achieve waste reduction/minimization.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure production process is closely monitored and running smoothly and/or fine-tune when needed.
• Galvanize the team to collaborate with corporate sales and customer service, to ensure that production meet customer demand.
• Work closely with Finance to ensure inventory level is aligned with production schedules, customer demand and financial goals.
• Ensure that all departments are operating efficiently and effectively by monitoring performance metrics.
• Ensure that all departments are complying with relevant local laws, regulation, and standards and corporate policies.
• Drive and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, i.e. Health, Safety and Environment , ISO 9000, ISO 14001, Corporate Social Responsibility & Compliance (WCA) is integrated into all aspects of the organization\xe2\x80\x99s operation.
• Monitor and reporting on key performance indicators related to machine maintenance, mean time between failures, mean time to repair and overall equipment effectiveness.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holder
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
• Problem solver
• Excellent interpersonal skills & organizational skills
• Good oral & written communication skills
• Teamwork skills

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM9,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
