Operations Manager (Penang/Kota Kinabalu)

Responsibilities:

Responsible for day-to-day operations works
Ensure daily operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way
Improving operational management systems, processes, and best practices
Helping the organization\xe2\x80\x99s processes remain legally compliant
Formulating strategic and operational objectives
Examining financial data and using them to improve profitability
Managing budgets and forecasts
Responsible for authorities\xe2\x80\x99 submission and follow up works for new equipment and annual renewal.
Performing quality controls and monitoring production KPIs
Recruit and training of new staff

Requirements:
Proven work experience as Operations engineer/Manager or similar role
CP 2/3 qualification will be an added advantage
Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
Experience budgeting and forecasting
Familiarity with business and financial principles
Excellent communication skills
Leadership ability
Outstanding organizational skills
