Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and professional service delivery across all departments.
Lead, coach, and develop front-desk, therapists, and support staff to meet service standards, sales targets, and operational KPIs.
Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs
and workflows for the
entire patient journey
, including: Walk-in and appointment booking, Pre-treatment preparation and treatment delivery and Post-treatment follow-up.*
Medical tourism coordination
: airport pickup, accommodation, transfers, and special requirements.
Monitor adherence to SOPs and continuously improve processes based on feedback and operational metrics.
Ensure a
premium, 5-star patient experience
across all touchpoints.
Manage inventory, stock usage, ordering, and expiry monitoring.
Partner with sales and medical teams to support promotions, campaigns, upselling, and customer retention initiatives.
Prepare
monthly operational reports
and proactively present insights, trends, and recommendations to management team.
Conduct
PowerPoint presentations and clinic tours
for visitors, investors, VIP clients, and overseas patients.
Assist in planning and execution of
events
, whether
in-house or jointly organized with external partners
, including coordination of logistics, staff, and guest management.
Ensure clinic cleanliness, organization, and presentation reflect premium service standards.
Requirements
Fluent in
English and Mandarin
(spoken and written) -- essential for patient interaction, staff communication, and management reporting.
Diploma/Degree in Business, Operations, Hospitality, Healthcare, or related field.
3-5 years of operational or managerial experience in wellness, aesthetics, healthcare, retail, hospitality, or medical tourism.
Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.
Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving and service recovery capabilities.
Experience in creating, implementing, and monitoring SOPs.
Proficient in
Aoikumo system
for scheduling, CRM, POS, inventory, reporting, and staff management.
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
High integrity and professionalism in handling customer information and clinic operations.
