Working Hours : 9am- 6pm (Mon - Sat)
Salary Package : Basic RM 6,500 ~ RM 10,000
(Other Benefit package will be disclosed in the interview session) Summary: You will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of a restaurant or any other food and beverage establishment. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure smooth and efficient operations, maintain quality standards, optimize productivity, and provide excellent customer service. You will work closely with various departments and team members to achieve operational excellence, financial targets, and guest satisfaction. \xef\xbc\x9a

  • Manage and coordinate overall operations of the food and beverage establishment, including front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures to maintain consistency and quality in service delivery.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies, guidelines, and best practices to optimize efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, costs, labor, and customer satisfaction, taking necessary actions to achieve targets and improve performance.
  • Oversee the hiring, training, and development of staff, ensuring a competent and motivated team.
  • Schedule and manage employee shifts, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet operational requirements while managing labor costs.
  • Foster a positive work environment, promote teamwork, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to enhance employee performance and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure efficient coordination between kitchen and service operations, maintaining smooth workflow and timely delivery of food.
  • Maintain inventory levels of food, beverages, supplies, and equipment, implementing effective inventory management systems and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, conducting regular inspections and audits to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, making recommendations for menu updates, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
  • Manage financial aspects of the operation, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.
  • Prepare and analyse reports on operational performance, financial results, and guest feedback, providing insights and recommendations for improvement to senior management.
Job Requirement:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3 years) in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, service standards, and industry trends.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
  • Solid understanding of financial management, budgeting, and cost control principles.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers, employees, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using technology, including POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
