Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, E-commerce, or related field.
3-5 years experience in operations, e-commerce, or sales operations; multi-platform experience (Shopee, TikTok, Easystore, Squarelet) is a plus.
Strong skills in operational workflows, campaign execution, stock & inventory management, and order fulfillment.
Proficient in sales monitoring, invoice checking, commission calculations, and withdrawal processes.
Experienced in data management and monthly reporting for sales, customers, and partners.
Ability to coordinate campaigns and promotions across multiple platforms, ensuring accurate communication to stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, capable of supporting internal teams and external partners.
Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive, with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, ERP, and e-commerce platforms.
Responsibilities
Review, improve, and manage operational workflows, campaign execution, stock arrangement, booth operations, free gift distribution, courier coordination, and COD order tracking.
Maintain accurate inventory records, stock listings, SKU master lists, and website inventory. Conduct product analysis and annual quantity forecasting.
Monitor daily sales and invoice records, review monthly platform and courier invoices, manage commission calculations, and process sales withdrawals.
Ensure all reports and data base are filled and validated from sales team, fighter,customer & Maeusahawan monthly.
Coordinate campaign launches and promotional activities across platforms; ensure accurate communication of campaign details to stakeholders.
Support Maeusahawan and internal staff, provide guidance, and resolve operational or sales-related issues.
