Job description
Heading/intro:
Join a renowned international food chain as an Operations Manager, leading daily operations and nationwide expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth operations for customer satisfaction across all outlets.
- Lead staffing and training for outlet managers and floor staff.
- Plan and execute outlet launches to grow brand presence.
- Manage systems for stock control, food quality, and customer service in alignment with brand standards.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in F&B operations management for food chains (experience with multiple outlets nationwide would be advantageous).
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin would be an added advantage).
- Has strong track record in outlet launches and expansion.
