Open Position: Operations Manager (Retail Beverage F&B Industry)

A Retail Beverage F&B Company is currently hiring Operations Manager and be based in the Selangor Head Quarter office.

Key responsibilities include:

-To be responsible for the entire operations of the F&B outlet

-Providing leadership and control in the outlet, ensuring all customers receive good service and quality of the beverages

-Drive improvement on the work SPOs, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements to achieve high quality standards

-Identify customers' needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns

-Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, health & safety

-Lead the F&B team based in different locations by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising the staff

-Preparing report for shift/week, including staff control and sales

-Team player with good stakeholder and people management skills
