Requirements

• Oversee and ensure smooth operations across all brand outlets in Melaka
• Coordinate with franchisors and HQ for compliance and reporting
• Monitor sales, cost control, and overall outlet performance
• Develop and implement SOPs, service standards, and operational systems
• Lead, train, and support outlet managers and teams
• Plan manpower, manage inventory flow, and maintain quality consistency
• Support new outlet openings and expansion initiatives

Responsibilities

• Proven experience in F&B operations or multi-outlet management
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Solid understanding of franchise operations and P&L management
• Hands-on approach with attention to detail and execution
• Organized, reliable, and able to make sound decisions under pressure
• Based in Melaka with flexibility to visit outlets as needed
