Requirements
- Proven experience in F&B operations or multi-outlet management
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Solid understanding of franchise operations and P&L management
- Hands-on approach with attention to detail and execution
- Organized, reliable, and able to make sound decisions under pressure
- Based in Melaka with flexibility to visit outlets as needed
- Willing to be based in Kuala Lumpur for 3-6 months during setup and training before relocating to Melaka for permanent placement.
- Oversee and ensure smooth operations across all brand outlets in Melaka
- Monitor sales, cost control, and overall outlet performance
- Develop and implement SOPs, service standards, and operational systems
- Coordinate with franchisors and HQ for compliance and reporting
- Lead, train, and support outlet managers and teams
- Plan manpower, manage inventory flow, and maintain quality consistency
- Support new outlet openings and expansion initiatives
- KWSP, SOSCO, EIS, Allowances
- Growth opportunities within the group
