Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Operations Partner at Tea Garden located in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The Operations Partner will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, performing restaurant compliance audits, providing administrative supports to restaurant teams and preparing reports and data analysis. Qualifications Excellent organizational and leadership skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Experience in the food & beverage industry is preferred Ability to work independently and in a team Good communication and interpersonal skills Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations Degree in Business Administration or related field
