Job Description

Your Role:

- Assist in preparing key documents such as invoices, delivery orders, purchase orders, and stock count reports.

- Support the tracking and processing of sales orders to ensure smooth and timely fulfillment.

- Work closely with logistics partners to coordinate local and international shipments.

- Identify and resolve operational issues, contributing ideas for process improvements.

- Conduct market research, sourcing, and cost analysis to support business decisions.

- Gain exposure to cross-functional operations and develop a deep understanding of supply chain and customer service processes.

Your Profile:

- A diploma or degree student in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related fields.

- Eager to learn, proactive, and detail-oriented.

- Basic proficiency in MS Word & Excel.

- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is a plus).

- A team player with a problem-solving mindset and a hands-on approach.
