They will also support ad-hoc reporting and data analysis for Problem Solving and Decision Making and provide insights to improve alignment between data and reporting with company processes, KPIs and Core Value Drivers.This position is part of the global operations reporting team and will be located in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.This role will give you the opportunity to:Integrate a very dynamic team and collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders across all hierarchy levels of the organization.Help them realize and understand their reporting and data requirements, providing solutions and guidance on best practices on reporting and data matters.Help the Business and teams thrive by analyzing and translating complex data sets to identify trends, respond business most relevant questions and challenges and recognize opportunities for continuous improvement on reporting and business processes.Access and leverage the Danaher Business System tools for Problem Solving, Project and Work ManagementSupport Enterprise Analytics transition to new SAP tools (SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud)The essential requirements of the job include:

• Education: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree related with one of the following areas: Finance, Management, Logistics and Supply Chain, Engineering, Production, IT, Data Scientist
• Experience: 4+ years of experience in data analytics and demonstrated experience designing and creating reports and dashboard using PowerBI, Qlik , Tableau or similar Individual Skills:
• Team Player. Excellent communication and relational skills are key given the high interaction with stakeholders and cross functional teams. Problem Solving and Process Driven.
• Technical Skills: SAP ERP, preferably SAP/S4 HANA. Advanced Excel user. Knowledge in SAP DataSphere, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SQL would be valuable additions.
